МОРАЛЬНЫЕ МОТИВЫ В СТРУКТУРЕ УПРАВЛЕНЧЕСКОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ

Abstract
The article considers the place of moral motives in managerial activities. It is shown that in modern ethics there is a new situation that is associated with the comprehension of the transformation of society into a global system, in which relations from one person to another are in distance and cannot be perceived as it was in traditional society. The main characteristic of management is the effectiveness, how it is compatible with moral motives, can there be a situation where efficiency has to sacrifice for the sake of morality, or how morality can facilitate the achievement of efficiency in the short or long term? In the course of answering these questions, the author compares the positions of moral absolutism and utilitarianism shows that to some extent these theories are compatible, if utilitarianism is not considered in the narrow sense of the benefits of increasing the common good at any cost. The article offers a review of the role of morality in the implementation of the network management that, in the author's opinion, consistent with the nature of morality associated with individual, personal responsible moral choice. In this regard, it is suggested the recommendations on improvement of forms of organization of modern production.
