Abstract
The aim of this article is presentation of the main attributes of trust as a component of
social capital and theoretical considerations. The definition of trust has been given as well as
the definition and identification of the most important elements of trust in organization The
first paragraph of the article includes the concept of social capital and its main aspects. The
definition of the most important elements of social capital in organization, such as: faith,
reliability, reliability, competence, predictability, goodwill, social norms and
communication are quoted. The difference between the weak and strong and the strength of
ties has been shown. The second part is about the basic elements of trust. Definition and
identification of the most important attributes of trust in the organisation, such as:
competence, integrity, reliability, honesty and openness, vulnerability, identification, control
mutuality, satisfaction, commitment, communal and exchange relationships has been
presented. The third part include stimulating and de-stimulating factors of trust in the
organization and the most important recommendations for rebuilding lost trust in the
organisation. The final part includes conclusions. The theoretical considerations in the
publication are based on studies
